Impact Roller

Impact rollers are used to at fiddle point for protect conveyor belt from damage. An especially design rubber rings are absorve material load. Other features as per carrying roller.

Rubber Ring

• A specially design rubber ring molded on precision molding press.
• Sizes available diameter 89mm to 215mm.

Pipe

• Diameter available almost all size between 76mm to 165mm.
• Length between 150mm to 2000mm
• Material ERW pipe as per ISO standard.

Bearing

• Deep groove ball bearing with C3 tolerance.
• Double sealing bearing with 2RS or 2Z type.

Housing

• Made from CRC Quality Material.
• Deep drawing processes in hydraulic press with close clearance various dies.
• Bearing size and outer size machining done by highly precision machine under expert supervision.

Shaft

• Shaft made from mild steel and carbon steel as per application.
• Bearing seating and grooving done by CNC machines.
• Slot on both end done by SPM machine.

Multilabyrinth Seal

• Labyrinth seal is protecting bearing from dust and water.
• Labyrinth seal made from nylon N-6 material.

Each roller assembled by highly experienced persons to insure roller work properly and give best performance.
